	Meaghan Chitwood, Executive Director 866 291-9496 Send Email Meaghan Williams became the youngest Executive Director of BNI in the nation in 2004. As a director of BNI in northern Alabama, she teaches small business owners and sales professionals how to network to increase revenue. She believes, “Networking is just another way to market your business or yourself to reach your professional goals.” Meaghan completed her degree in civil engineering from Auburn University, coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and networking training from BNI and the Referral Institute. As a civil engineer by trade and an entrepreneur at heart, Meaghan can show you just how simple referral based marketing can be if you just understand all the pieces.

	Sherman Rockwell, Assistant Director 407 405-2302 Send Email Sherman earned his Bachelor’s degree from Samford University. His continuing education included post-graduate studies at the University of Memphis, Georgia State University, Notre Dame and the Culinary Institute of America. After falling in love with the food industry, Sherman was recruited by Olive Garden Restaurants in the company’s early years and worked on the team that opened 52 restaurants per year for three years. His favorite position involved negotiating marketing agreements and sponsorships of food festivals and sporting events. Some of these venues included: Key Biscayne International Tennis Tournament, Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Festival, World Cup Soccer - Orlando, Olympic Games - Atlanta, and Taste of Chicago. He made the decision to return to Birmingham for family reasons and took a position with a local catering company. Donna invited him to visit with a "little group" she met with each week to see if it was something he'd want to get involved in, BNI. Sherman joined the BNI of North Alabama team to help start new BNI chapters, grow chapter membership by closing more visitors, and is creating events for chapters to increase their chapter size by 50% or more in one shot. His favorite "thing" is domestic and international travel and have visited locations including Greece, Holland, Egypt, Hawaii, Germany, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico and others.

	Jerry Williamson, Area Director Jefferson County Lauderdale County Madison County Morgan County Talledega County Tuscaloosa County 866 291-9496 Send Email Jerry Williamson always has an interesting anecdote to explain why BNI processes are the way they are. Jerry teaches his members the smartest way to use your membership to make more money in the least amount of time. Jerry's biggest accomplishment is being named Ambassador of the Year with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. He was able to help the Best Business chapter of Huntsville increase their membership by 130% using the visitor day process. He has the highest approval rating by his chapters in the area. Seven out of his eleven previous chapters have had a positive net growth over the past 14 months. He is working with BNI to help people get results.
	Jeff Wilson, Area Director Etowah County Jefferson County Shelby County 205 547-6214 Send Email Jeff Wilson owns SBM Systems, a Web Development and IT company based in Birmingham Alabama. He joined BNI in 2002 and has been active in some sort of leadership position ever since. As a director Jeff has a sincere desire for his chapters to not only grow, but to thrive and become strong. He has the distinction of helping grow the Birmingham Best chapter from core to the largest in the region. His passion is to teach and to educate the BNI members on being better at networking. After being an education coordinator for 3 years and searching all over the internet for education moments, for both himself and his chapters, he created www.EducationMoments.com and has become one of the most popular BNI education sites on the internet.
